What is Transpersonal Counseling Psychology?
We approach health and healing from a transpersonal perspective — one that honours more than just the human being in the room. Our relationship to self extends far beyond body and mind alone; we are shaped by the people, places, systems, cultures, more-than-human beings, and spirit that surround us. In this work, we welcome these sacred connections into the therapeutic process, trusting that healing happens in relationship — not in isolation.
Who We Serve
We work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to explore healing as a relational and ecological process — not just a personal one. Whether you're navigating grief, transition, burnout, or simply seeking a deeper sense of belonging, our approach welcomes you exactly as you are, in connection with everything that has shaped you.

Real Stories of Transformation and Recovery
I just wanted to send you a quick note of personal gratitude for the opportunity to hear the podcast episodes you participated in through that Benevolent Journeys program you told me about. I listened to both your episodes (Wild Self and Plant Medicine) — unfortunately they have since been removed from the website... it's a long story — and found them each very interesting and inspiring in their own unique ways. I thought you did a great job articulating some important messages that I appreciated hearing, particularly how and when I did, and I was glad to know they were out there for others to experience as well, however they may come to them.
I'll share as well that I was listening while going for a run. And at the particular point when you talked about how we (in NS) were in the Mi'kmaw'ki territory and how special it is and all it has to offer with its history, natural environment and all, I happened to be right in the heart of the Point Pleasant Park woods, in the darkness after dusk, and I was suddenly overcome with a sense of what felt like a powerful energy from being in the forest bath in that space and was genuinely moved to tears with how precious a moment and experience that was, and I was filled with gratitude and appreciation. I wanted to share that because what may have been just a recorded conversation online at the time to you, I thought it was interesting to see a real example of how powerfully helpful your sharing/discussing turned out to be for someone else at a later time, indirectly associated with the discussion but immensely directly impacted by it. So thank you for doing what you do — I feel privileged to have been influenced by our own discussions and your sharing/guidance to what is (still) out there behind all the noise of modern life.
